Refund Policy for Storage, Packing & Moving, and Vehicle Transportation Services

1. Booking Amount :

The booking amount paid at the time of reserving our services is non-refundable. This fee covers the initial administrative and logistical arrangements required to prepare for the service.

2. Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation request prior to the scheduled pickup, the booking amount will not be refunded. - If the service is cancelled after the scheduled pickup date, no refund will be issued for any payments made.

3. Post-Pickup Refunds:

Once the goods or vehicle have been successfully picked up by our team, no refund will be issued. This is applicable for both storage, packing & moving, and vehicle transportation services. - The service is considered fulfilled once the goods or vehicle are in transit or stored as per the agreed terms.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

In cases where the service cannot be provided due to an issue on our part, Easy My Storage will assess the situation and may provide a partial refund or alternative solutions at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibility:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all necessary information and requirements are communicated to our team prior to the service. Failure to do so may result in non-refundable charges.
